Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Recruiter for immediate hire.


  • Partner with hiring managers and build overall recruiting strategy.
  • Responsible for full life cycle of the recruiting process.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing prescreen phone interviews to assess applicant’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiations, while ensuring candidates have a good candidate experience.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Assist with all administrative tasks associated with the hiring/recruiting process including the maintenance of Hyundai’s internal/external recruiting systems.
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting with expertise in current trends/processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge applicant tracking systems.
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay Rate: based on experience 

Length: 6 months, possibly longer

Position is remote for now but onsite work may be required in 2022 when the building re-opens. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED.
