Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local leading organization in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

*Weekly Pay * Benefits * Schedule - Mon-Fri *

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

Customer Service Representative candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Schedule is Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM. 

Pay for this position is $13.50.

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Call Center
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
