Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local leading organization in the healthcare industry.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone or in written inquires in a prompt, accurate and objective manner
  • Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

Customer Service Representative candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 Year of Experience in a health care or health insurance environment
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

We have job openings on Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay for this position is $13.50/hr. plus overtime as needed.

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Call Center
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
