Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Customer Claims Admin & Reporting Analyst to work in their Legal department.  

In this role you would be responsible for daily activity reporting of claims based on the model of vehicles; obtain approval of payments, create payment requests in the system; prepare Fed-Ex labels for check mailing; database updates; work with third party inspection companies to coordinate inspection and transfer of vehicles; invoice processing for the department; collecting expenses for all matters;  track and monitor annual budget for the department; prepare PO’s and change notices.  

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, someone with strong reporting and analytical skills and heavy report functions will be required. Must be proficient in using MS Office.  A completed BA / BS degree is highly preferred.

This is a full-time position, M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position is estimated to last 6 months, with a strong possibility of going longer.  It also offers a foot in the door of a top organization always hiring on our talent.
