Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada
Payrate: $24/hr CAD
Hours: 9am-5pm; Monday-Friday
Primary Purpose of Position
  • Provide support to the Sales and Customer Service department
  • Provide general administrative assistance within the office
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
  • Review, prioritize and processes orders received via EDI/Fax/email within a 24-hour period. Verify items, quantities, prices and delivery times are within client's practices
  • Retrieve orders and process invoices in customer-specific portals
  • Invoice orders daily and mail, email or fax invoices by the end of day
  • Coordinate shipments with the warehouses
  • Process all customer and broker sample orders
  • Manage customer inquiries and PO request changes
  • Resolve customer service issues
  • Report shortages to customers and Brokers
  • Process credits/debits for pricing, returns and shortages
  • Daily filing of orders and related documents
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
  • Update customer information in customer service file folder
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Education: Post secondary education required
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset but will train.
  • Knowledge of Retail Link and other Sales marketing Tools an asset but will train
  • Experience with Ecommerce business such as Amazon is an asset
