Job Description

Volt is Now Hiring Call Center- Customer Service Representatives IMMEDIATELY

City: Glendale, Ca
Schedule: M-F 6am-3pm or 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $16/hr during probation- $18 after probation
 
Responsibilities:

  • Create happy customers – You will be the voice of the company by responding to emails and phone calls. You will be asked to take ownership of our customer’s questions and problems by utilizing our tools, processes and other resources to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Be an educational consultant – Our goal is to create lifelong users – from the children to the parents, grandparents and teachers. You will be their trusted advisor helping to make sure they get the most out of our products and services.
  • Advocate for customers –you will not only be helping solve customer issues, but will be asked to participate in helping make our future products and services better based on your experience on the front line.
  • Have serious fun – Changing the way children learn is an exciting thing to be a part of, and our customer support team loves to celebrate meeting personal and team targets while fostering a customer-centric environment.

 
Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year prior Customer Service Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Consistent effort and energy
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with escalated phone contacts a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends preferred
