Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Customer Support Representative for our client in Edison New Jersey. This is a first shift opportunity, 8am - 5pm, offering $16/hr - $18/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry / Filing / Customer Service (speak to clients on the phone)
• Heavy Inbound Calling Experience
• Troubleshoot various types of problems - Handling irregularities and prevent re-occurrence
• Provide excellent customer service
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
• High volume of phone calls 
• Receive required requisitions from customers
• Coordinate with other departments for shipping/packing
• Ensure that files contain all necessary document copies in proper sequence
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• At least 1+ year experience in Customer Service or
• Pro-active, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
• Must possess a sense of urgency and dedication to meet all deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Shift: 
Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate
$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr
