Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Support Admin who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment. 

Carpinteria, CA 

Pay Rate:$18.02 an hour 

Monday to Friday, Full Time

Responsible for:

  • Using a HelpDesk solution to ensure the free flow of information by managing and maintaining the general Customer Service email boxes timely, assigning orders to CSRs
  • Balancing CSR order volume workload, answering customer general non-technical questions
  • Updating customer orders as needed, filtering and forwarding emails to appropriate teams, replying to price requests and other requests as needed.
  • Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics.
  • Works on customer service administrative assignments with clearly defined objective
  • Performs routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures

Job Posting Qualifications

  • Typically, minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job 
  • Able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences 
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Time management in fast paced environment
  • Organizational skills to maximize productivity
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite to include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Access skills are a plus)
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred
