Customer Service Representative

This is a Temp to Hire Position!?

 King of Prussia, PA Area

We are currently looking for someone that can compile, proof and process information received from providers and adjusters. 

Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service skills to internal and external customer via phone, fax, and email.

-Compliance with HIPAA Guidelines

-Build Relationships with Adjusters, NCM's and the network Providers.

-Utilize available licensed health professionals to ensure quality performance of duties.

Qualifications:

-Associates Degree Required

-Proficient in Computer Usage

-Prior experience in a health related field, knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9/CPT coding is a plus.

-2-3 years of Customer Service.

-Word and Excel Skills.
