Customer Service Representative 

Location: St. Paul

Hours:  8:00 AM - 4:45 PM

Pay Rate:  $16

Required Skills:

  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete a large volume of diverse service requests
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills 
  • Strong customer service skills to meet the needs of customers
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to thoroughly and accurately complete work
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with keyboarding skills of 40 wpm
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to multi task and shift priorities.

What you do as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Consistently and accurately manage insurance requirements in compliance with state regulations.  This includes entering  data and handling miscellaneous underwriting and administrative correspondence 
  • Work in a fast paced environment while completing work with accuracy 
  • Independently and efficiently prioritize work tasks 
  • Complete required training and successfully implement new workflows with a high rate of accuracy.
  • Evaluate and communicate individual workload.  Participate in a strong teamwork environment that frequently requires shifting workload between team members in order to meet daily deadlines.
  • Conduct phone calls to external partners coordinating and scheduling exams.
