Job Description

Volt is looking for an experienced Diesel Engine Customer Service Representative for a client in Seguin, TX: 

Job Description: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Operating Hours:  10 AM - 7 PM; 2 weeks training 8 AM to 5 PM

Requirements:

  • Must have basic knowledge of diesel engines 
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must be detail oriented, know data entry software and Microsoft Tools
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • Background check and drug screen will be conducted
