Job Title: Customer Service Representative 2

Job Summary:

Position will be focused on customer inquiries through email/cases, taking inbound customer calls, and generating tax/audit letters and credit rating requests. They will not be performing early buyout / payoff quote responsibilities. Reps will be responsible for accepting 35 calls a day.

Qualifications:

  • Strong soft skills are a must. Individual can be trained on systems/software’s.
  • A degree is not required, but preferred.
