Customer Service Specialist

Volt is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a great company in Irwindale. Individual candidate needs to be highly motivated, dynamic with a can-do attitude.

This position as well as the company offers tremendous growth potential. 

  • Handle and follow-through all incoming emails/calls/web chats/social media comments
  • Daily order entry of incoming orders via phone calls or emails.
  • Appropriate follow-through of orders cancellations and changes.
  • Provide excellent service to customers.
  • Monitor status on RMA’s and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Support customers at front desk with their questions and concerns.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HS Diploma
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Must maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be organized, detailed oriented and have great communication skills
  • Quick learner with positive attitude
  • Bilingual Spanish
