Job Description

Volt has partnered with a global medical device company whose innovative and technology-driven products help patients regain and maintain their freedom of movement. This growing organization is looking for a talented customer support professional for a Customer Service Representative II position at their Austin, TX location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers’ inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Research and provide answers regarding shipping, delivery status, invoicing, pricing, product information, return policy, etc.
  • Basic trouble shooting of products to determine the appropriate next level of support
  • Provide customers with website tours
  • Gather basic order information from the customer and enter in SAP
  • Verify and update customer information to ensure accurate records
  • Collect required information from customers regarding product returns
  • Participate in departmental meetings, team building activities, process improvements, and required training


Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years’ work experience in customer support, OR associate’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage customer complaints
  • Resourceful with the ability to learn new information quickly
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with MS Office software, web-based applications, and email
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year SAP experience preferred, but not required
