Cell Center Representative

Volt is in search of Customer Service Reps for a rapidly growing Phoenix Call Center!

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in Phoenix to work from home!!!  For company tax purposes, you must reside in the state of Arizona.

We are looking for upbeat high energy individuals for full time positions with great and flexible schedules! You will be handling inbound calls helping clients with questions about rental properties and providing them with accurate regional information.

No selling!  No outbound calls!  No marketing! 

Customer service experience is required, call center experience preferred but not required.  We have new classes starting January 18th!

Schedules are set and can range from 5:00a to 10:00p, Monday through Friday

• You’re always on time and rarely miss days.  Consistent attendance is your #1 objective!
• You have a minimum of 1-year customer service experience (call center experience is a bonus!)
• Strong computer skills (35+ WPM)

• Have your own computer with dual monitors
• At least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED

Internet connection

• 10 Mbps download speed
• 5 Mpbs upload speed
• Internet must be hardwired into the router or modem. A WiFi connection is not reliable enough.

• Intel i3 processor or higher at 3 GHz or higher
• AMD processor at 3 GHz or higher
• Intel or AMD multicore processor at 1.6 GHz or higher
• 2 GB of available memory (RAM)
