SUMMARY: Customer Care Professional’s provide service or product information,  sales, solutions and relevant details to customers in a Inbound Call Center environment with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's requests. Answer a high volume of telephone inquiries from current customers.

Pay: $16.50/HR 

Location: Chatsworth, CA 

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and contact potential customer
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
