Volt Workforce Solutions has immediate openings for Experienced Customer Service Representatives. This is a remote position and will continue to be so going forward. These positions will be in support of a great client, which is a top-rated global health insurance company.

To prepare you for this role, employees will be provided a comprehensive paid training on the company and what services they offer. This ensures that our customer service representatives will provide every caller with the highest levels of information, knowledge, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking in-bound calls and answering questions/ perform outbound calls and transfers.
  • Utilizing standard technologies such as computer, telephone, email, and web browser to complete work tasks as needed.
  • Completing basic data entries on computer terminal related to phone inquiries such as clicking buttons to confirm answers and requests.
  • Refer escalated calls as needed to supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must have open flexibility with 8-hour shifts. (Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings) 7am-11pm 
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2+Years of Customer service experience working in a call center.
  • Experience with large call volumes, taking up to 100+ calls per day.
  • Must be empathetic in your ability to deal with sensitive topics and information.
  • Ability to speak and read English clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to pass a Background and Drug screening. Some State Law regulations may apply.
  • Candidates must meet and provide proof of internet speed & loading requirements which are as the following: (50 mbps download /10 mbps upload)
  • Must have a dedicated work location for 8-hour shifts (with no interruptions).
  • Private work area and adequate power source are needed.
  • Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection.
  • Must have own ethernet cables, company will provide all other equipment needed.
