Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an industry leader in Nationwide Collateral Recovery.  As part of the Vendor Management team, you will act as a Liaison to identify opportunities in network coverage and present Value Services to Agents.


Working with Agent Networks in a variety of capacities:

  • Efficiently manage all general administrative tasks
  • Responsible for building and managing the Agent relationship to ensure the delivery of quality services.
  • Managing incoming calls and inquiries
  • Responsible for gathering audit documentation.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required, some college desired
  • 2 years Customer Service or Administrative experience (in a call center environment is most desirable)
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internally and externally
  • Efficiency in time management and organization
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Success in working in a fast-paced, and demanding environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within a team or independently.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus!

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay: $15/hr.
