Job Description

***Customer Service Representative for John Deere needed in Milan IL***

Weekly Pay, Full Time hours 


As a CSR you will:

  • Support dealer inquiries daily by phone, email, and written communication within the Parts Support Services Call Center.
  • Train and assist dealer personnel with electronic ordering and information systems to maintain a high level of support to customers.
  • Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills

CSR candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Min 1 year customer service and or Call Center experience 
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Pay for this position is $16.00/hr plus overtime as needed.
