Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help  identify a Customer Service Representative for immediate hire.

In this role you will respond to consumer affairs correspondence and legal requests; communicate with customers, regions, dealerships and legal staff to facilitate resolution of customer complaints and/or facilitate the repair of vehicles; process reimbursement claims; prepare daily, weekly, monthly summary reports, reimbursement status reports and ad hoc reports as requested; analyze track and report on contact activity; and support special projects as needed.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and 6 months or more of analyst experience.  

Pay rate is $20-23/hr. Position is temp in nature, expected to last a few months  but offers a foot in the door of a top organization always hiring on or moving our top talent into new roles.  Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm.
