Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a great company in Simi Valley, CA looking for Customer Service Representatives. Full-Time and Part-Time! Retail Experience a Plus! Work in a fully renovated office!
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing information on current services and sales solutions according to each client needs. This is a high-volume call center that seeks self-driven individuals with a great attitude.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide customer service by answering inbound calls and providing information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills

The Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 6 Months of recent work experience (Call Center or Retail)
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

$17.00 per hour
