Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a large warehouse and fulfillment center in Paso Robles, CA seeking to grow their Customer Service Department. Have the opportunity to become a product expert and work with local and international clients in one of the following roles:

- Customer Service Representative

- Customer Service Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following:

• 3+ years experience in a customer service role.
• Previous Data-Entry experience.
• Proficient in using MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Excellent verbal, written and active listening  skills.
• A passion for delivering top quality service; resolving customer complaints and identifying solutions.
• Experience using ERP software a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
