Volt Workforce Solutions is currently looking for a strong Customer Service Representative candidate in the Visalia area. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Must also have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order entry for all products as it relates to assigned accounts
- Good phone etiquette, placing direct calls to vendors
- Computer literate and able to use the Agris system, for freight, pricing, and contract applications
- Data entry of all orders and maintaining product schedules
- Daily and weekly communication with salesmen from assigned customers regarding contract shortages and overages
- Responsible for month-end and year-end contract balances
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Responsible for customer service issues, problem solving and follow up with customer until the problem is resolved
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Associates Degree OR High School Diploma or GED with one to three years of related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Good verbal/written communication skills
