Customer Service/ Call Center Representative

Volt is currently recruiting for an Exceptional Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching drivers while aiding them throughout their day, speaking with customers, resolving customer concerns, speaking with field agents, inserting accurate notes into system, handling multiple manifest, team collaboration, and assist drivers checking back into facility.

Responsibilities:

  • General phone support
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Customer service- order inquiries
  • Data entry- processing daily orders
  • Other Administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize, multi task and work independently as well as function as an integral part of the office team
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Ability to demonstrate skill base and reasoning capability
  • Good/ Professional verbal and written skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivation to continue to add to knowledge and skill set
  • Reliable dependable work ethics to meet deadlines
