Job Description

Volt has partnered with a major industrial supply company located in New Braunfels,TX to find candidates with outstanding customer support skills for a Customer Service Representative position in their Credit Services department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with an employer that offers training, a positive work environment, and room for professional growth!


  • Provide high-volume customer service over phone and email
  • Answer general questions regarding accounts
  • Remind customers of payments due and accept payment
  • Coordinate with internal Billing/Collections team to resolve billing disputes


  • At least 6 months customer service experience in call center environment
  • Must be comfortable asking for past-due payments while on customer service calls
  • Ability to effectively use a computer and navigate web-based software 
  • Minimum typing speed 25 WPM
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
