Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Trucking & Logistics company. 

This is a 1st Shift Role | Pay Rate: $15-$16/hr

Job Summary:

Maintain and manage the inventory of clients while providing exemplary customer service.

Job Duties: 

  • Communicate with clients daily via phone and email 
  • Inform clients of any changes to their accounts: shipments, arrival of products, payments, etc. 
  • Serve as liason between warehouse team, transportation team, and clients.
  • Receive, review, and process orders
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns


  • Professionally handle incoming requests from client and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather information, access and fulfill client needs,
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
  • Use automated information systems to analyze the customer’s situation.
  •  Handles issues in the best interest of both client and company.
  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to inventory….shipments or receipts.


  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience 
  • Working in warehouse environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google
  • Multitask
  • Great attention to detail
