Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local leading organization in San Luis Obispo, CA.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
  • Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills

Customer Service candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ Years in a Customer Service role
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • Bilingual a HUGE PLUS!
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

We have job openings on MON-FRI 8AM-5PM

Pay for this position is $16.00/hr plus overtime as needed.
