Volt Workforce Solutions Onsite at HealthPartners is now hiring for Customer Service professionals.  We are looking for career motivated individuals to start in a Customer Service Representative role doing Appointment Scheduling on Monday, March 29th 2021.  This is an advanced role and not entry level. This is NOT a remote position- Onsite call center in Bloomington, MN.

This is a temp to hire role through Volt Workforce Solutions in which you will be taking Inbound Phone Calls scheduling Medical Appointments for the entire HealthPartners network of clinics. There will be occasional outbound phone calls for a follow up with a patient/clinic.  Back to back inbound phone calls, phone call time duration vary based on call. Due to the volume of calls, and the large  network of clinics, this is an advanced scheduling position.  You will be scheduling for 25+ clinics for primary and specialty care.  Must be computer efficient and type 40+ WPM as you will be documenting in EPIC  and toggling between 6-8 different web based applications per call.

Hours: Must be available from 7AM-9:30PM, M-F AND every other weekend 7AM-5PM. Set schedule will be assigned between these hours after training. 

Pay: $18.00

Start Date: Monday, March 29th

Location: Bloomington, MN

What are we looking for?

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent with computers
  • 2+ years customer service experience
