Job Description

Volt is immediately hiring REMOTE Call Center Customer Service Representatives. The REMOTE Customer Service Representative will enjoy working in the comfort of their own home, assisting doctor offices with their inquiries via telephone, chat and email. 

As a REMOTE Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Work at home on a computer for entire shift – in your own call center!
  • Effectively navigate through multiple systems and windows
  • Provide world class customer service, resolving customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and web chats
  • Document customer situations and prepare letters to confirm agreements made verbally or in writing

Clearly document customer service interaction

  • Responds to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex from members, clients, providers, and internal/external business partners; inquiries may range from telephone, in person, or via the internet/e-email.
  • Identify customer trends, suggest necessary corrections, changes, or solutions; appropriately elevate situations that could have organization wide impacts.
  • Effectively maintains specific line of business Customer Service standards and support level standards product/services/solutions information to accurately and consistently respond to customers inquiries.

REMOTE Customer Service Representative candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must have high speed internet
  • One to two years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Pay for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 an hour depending on experience

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Call Center
  • Customer Service
  • Remote work from home  
  • Previous optical (eye glass dispensing) experience
