Job Description

Are you seeking a creative, innovative company. If so this position might be what you are seeking. We have a need for a  Customer Service Representative who is responsible for building and retaining trong relationships with customers, works independently to manage client questions and concerns, and performs general administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. 

Answers customer inquiries and follows up with customer.

Coordinates resolution efforts when a customer service issue arises.

Takes initiative to drive results and continuously improve current processes.

Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Completes new account set up.

Coordinates quotes with sales team.

Creates opportunities for non-custom and non-volume orders.

Enters new leads into Salesforce.

Checks status of open cases and delegates tasks using Salesforce.

Completes RMA Entry and management for assigned accounts.

Processes orders and updates order entry.

Analyzes and makes continuous improvements to existing processes.

Prepares materials and scheduling for onsite meetings.

Supports Accounting Clerk with accounts receivable.

Supports Freight Coordinator with shipping/freight as needed.

Performs general administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, reply to email inquiries, and assist visitors.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some college preferred.
3+ years of similar or related experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience in the lighting industry preferred.
