Description:

  • Provide information/solutions as a front-line support
  • Distribute product/service/policy information to customers and employees
  • Effectively document all interactions and issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a customer service representative
  • An agriculture background is extremely preferred
  • 2 year degree preferred
  • Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability of work and 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am and 6pm
  • Ability to work occasional holidays
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
