***Remote Customer Support Technician in Peoria, IL***

***1st shift 8 am-4:30 pm  Weekly Pay***

Volt is immediately hiring a CSR  for a local leading organization in Peoria IL


As a Customer Support Technician you will:

  • May assist in Identifying technical issues through problem duplication and manipulation of customer data to provide details to the software development team for product correction and improvement
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
  • Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills

Customer Support Technician candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma/Equivalent 
  • Two to four years customer service experience handling complex issues in a high volume environment
  • One year call center environment
  • IT Troubleshooting experience 

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Call Center
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
