Purpose:

Work with Senior Group Manager of Owner Experience to provide reporting and analysis for owner experience programs that provide National, Area and Retailer management with analysis in order to improve the customer experience and retailer performance. This role also supports owner experience program development and implementation. Program and analysis will be related to the owner experience reviewing sales data, repair orders, claims, etc.

  1. Conduct data analytics and advanced data discovery analysis to integrate with the sales and service retail experience.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction on vehicle ownership experience.
  3. Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to create and execute above programs.
  4. Maintain department budget and manage supplier billings and agreements.

Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for routine and ad-hoc data activities.
  2. Understand and model new data sources when necessary.
  3. Develop Tableau dashboards/storyboards for data discovery and routine reporting needs.
  4. Create and maintain SQL code for assigned projects.
  5. Create Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations and distribute to field, management, and other key stakeholders as needed.
  6. Document and maintain department procedure & policy for department programs and processes (e.g., dataflow to/from suppliers, report procedures, program approvals). Identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  7. Address questions or inquiries about above programs from National and Area staff, retailers and guests as required.
  8. Review data and materials for grammar, brand compliance and accuracy as required. 
  9. Develop business requirements, test scripts and perform user acceptance testing as required.
  10. Maintain supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices as required.
  11. Perform other duties and assignments as determined by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Basic statistical knowledge (distribution, sampling error, z-score, etc.)
  2. Intermediate to advanced Alteryx experience required
  3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (familiar with pivot tables, vlookups)
  4. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  5. Beginner to Intermediate SQL writing skills (Oracle/DB2) (familiar with join concepts, temporary tables)
  6. Must be highly analytical with the ability to solve problems independently and with robust back-up details.
  7. Must possess the acute ability to automate majority of developed processes.
  8. Strong oral and written communication.
  9. Self-motivated, high initiative, works well independently with little to moderate direction.

Pay is up to $35/hr. Position is temp for 6 – 12 months but it also offers a foot in the door of a great organization that has a history of hiring on our top talent. Position will start remote but may require hybrid or onsite once the building reopens. Only local candidates will be considered.
