Digital Marketing Strategist Needed for CTH Opportunity!

What Will You Be Doing?

You will play a key role in working with the different marketing teams to turn the company’s marketing strategies into executable digital strategies. Specifically, you will be responsible for effective upfront strategic planning to inform optimization of existing channels, defining content and channel strategy, helping articulate digital marketing strategies, and managing web content publishing on external-facing company web sites, as well as other CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager). These strategies will be focused on our digital channels, such as our owned websites, social media, email, paid search, display, etc.

You'll partner with channel managers, analytics managers and a content strategy manager to translate these strategies into specific tactics and content.

Skills Needed to Be Successful?

  • Experience creating digital strategy.
  • Experience managing a fast-paced project workflow.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a digital domain-with strong interactive marketing experience.  As well as working with multi-channel platforms, preferably from a structured, corporate environment.
  • Be able to utilize agile workflow in ongoing work assignments.
  • Use analytics and best practices to incorporate SEO, conversion goals, and optimized user experience into digital content and tactics across all digital channels.
  • Experience with development of content for SEO and user experience.
  • Have experience in a regulated environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent. Master’s in similar degree preferred.
