Job Description

Volt is seeking an experienced E-3 AWAC General Mechanic for our Aerospace client at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma.

Estimated Duration: 12 Months+

Applicants selected must have ability to maintain a Secret clearance and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information.

Applicants must have their own tool sets

Job Description:

• Detailed knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, cable tensiometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers, etc. is required.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain certification required for assigned work..

• Access aircraft data via computer systems and initiate on-line parts and discrepancy requests..

• Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting/repair procedures and replacement of components

This position is Non-Exempt.
