Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to work onsite at our client’s facility in Mossville, IL. This is a contingent position expected to last 1 year.   

Duties Include:

  • Design and development of wireless sensor, energy harvesting, and digital sensors using SENT or CAN protocol.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Requires an accredited bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on telecommunication or wireless communication
  • Experience with the development of new electrical/electronic components in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Experience with wireless technology and digital communication protocols for new sensor design and development.
  • Experience with the development of new electrical/electronic components in collaboration with suppliers.
  • The candidate will be responsible for new sensing technology development in Advanced Sensing team.
  • The candidate will manage development of new sensors with the new emerging technology utilizing established processes for specification, sourcing, design & process verification, and production launch.

***This position is located in Mossville, IL. Candidates must be able to relocate to this location at their own expense.***
