Job Description

The Employee Relations Representative/Coordinator will provide employee relations support to current field employees and client managers. This is a full time temporary role with the possibility of permanent. Ideal candidate will be open to flexible shifts, comfortable in a high paced, customer services environment serving a high profile client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build positive working relationships with all field employees.
• Encourage employees to develop skill sets.
• Build positive working relationship with client managers.
• Address, investigate and resolve employee relations.

  • Escalate employee relations matters.

• Manage and conduct quality reviews for new employees.

  • 5 days on assignment
  • 10 days on assignment
  • 30 days on assignment

• Understand client manager's staffing needs.

  • Perform floor walkthroughs multiple times throughout the day.

• Follow and ensure compliance with all Volt and client policies and procedures are being carried out.
• Assist in any event coordination.
• Conduct all on boarding processes including Orientations.

  • VSS Inquiries
  • Attendance point inquiries
  • Sick time facilitation

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform special assignments/complete projects as needed.
