A successful and effective expeditor has excellent communication skills, is well organized and detailed oriented, is solutions oriented, while executing with perseverance and tenacity. The overall goal is to consult with the customer to ensure full utilization of the staffing program, drive efficiencies and continually improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

  • Works to exceed MSP program specific service level agreements by ensuring timely quality focused customer service.
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to safety training, policies, procedures and is an advocate for safety in the workplace.
  • Point of contact with managers and suppliers in the expedition of pre-requirement/onboarding processing for temporary contract resources.
  • Primary point of contact for supplier partner and resources.
  • Timecard resolution
  • Ensures fiscal and ethical standards are met.
  • Ensures all processes and procedures and best practices are documented accurately
  • Provide seamless support to MSP programs
  • Provide accurate and timely requested reporting
  • Assist with resume review and negotiates bill rates as necessary.
  • Assist with soliciting feedback on presented resumes from managers


  • Proven communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Prior customer account management or recruiting experience is a plus
  • Previous sales experience, marketing or other customer relation positions is a plus
  • MSP experience preferred; Vendor Management Software (VMS) experience a plus
