Entry Level Mechanical Assemblers

Temp to Hire Opportunities with benefits
Pay Rate: $17 to $18 Depending on Shift

Shift: 6am to 2:30pm or 2pm to 10:30pm

10% shift differential for swing shift.

Will train, no experience required for candidates who have solid work history and a desire to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform the mechanical assembly and wiring of various units
  • Performing In-Process Inspection
  • Ability to use small power tools
  • Read and comprehend manufacturing instructions
  • Being flexible to move between Production and non-Production activities to perform duties as assigned in a small team environment, where safety is the top priority.


  • Previous Mechanical Assembly experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
  • Ability to read and understand wiring schematics
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings which include background, drug screen, education verification, employment history verification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
