Volt is immediately hiring an entry level Consumer Affair Analyst for a large automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley.

As an Entry Level Consumer Affairs Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • taking incoming calls that dealers are unable to resolve; analyze, coordinate and respond to all escalated customer cases the department's established guidelines and protocol maintaining a high level of customer service
  • administration and documentation of all customer cases in a Siebel system including processing of goodwill requests, repurchase requests and replacement vehicle requests all the while achieving established department objectives
  • provide support and work in conjunction with management towards assisting any customer situations or cases while adhering to company and department policies and objectives. 


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Anyone with experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, office is preferred but NO experience is required

Hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position will start remote but may require you work onsite part time or full time after 6/15/2021 so local candidates only will be considered.

Pay for the position is $20/hr.
