Immediate need for a Contract Executive Assistant in Seattle! Great opportunity to grow your experience!

Volt Workforce Solutions in partnership with one of the Most Exciting Startup’s in Seattle is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a 3-6-month assignment that has the potential to go longer, gain valuable experience while working for a company that values fun and collaboration.



  • Working closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO on managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, events, plans, errands, and meetings
  • Communicating with VIPs including investors, partners, and even the occasional celebrity to help coordinate events and activities
  • Coordinating major company meetings
  • Supporting the rest of the executive team by helping with organizing information and coordinating their fast-changing and busy calendars
  • Arranging travel for executives and guests of the company
  • Creating and handling expense reports
  • Additional tasks as needed


  • Excellent office computer skills-Google Platform required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Discretion, good judgment and a great sense of humor
  • Enthusiastic about learning new things, ability to quickly adapt to new skills, processes and ideas
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work long hours may be required
