Volt has partnered with a leading gaming company to help identify an Executive Practice Recruiting Coordinator an immediate opportunity.

In this role you will be responsible for providing day-to-day project and administrative support to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. This includes creation of job descriptions, performing analysis and side-by-side comparisons for new positions, calendar management, scheduling, contract/expense management, meeting/event coordination and communications. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also participate in occasional HR-related tasks such as data entry, reporting, and obtaining approvals across leadership.

Duties:

  • Provide project and administrative support to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition
  • Schedule and prepare agendas/materials for meetings; take notes and follow up on actions and create and/or update Power Point decks as requested
  • Creation and modification of job descriptions
  • Communicating with executives and internal stakeholders regarding recruitment processes
  • Run, organize and prepare reports to be presented to leadership team
  • Organize and manage team events and Talent Acquisition events
  • Process expenses and manage execution of vendor contracts
  • Manage mailing/shipping requests and procure products and services as needed
  • Provide Talent Acquisition and candidate support as needed, including (but not limited to) onboarding, supporting TA processes, generating reports, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the broader Talent Acquisition leadership team as needed and requested
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working within recruitment or talent acquisition teams, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Exceptional detail orientation and organization skills, with strong sense of urgency and follow up/follow through
  • High reliability, dependability and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with clients and team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • “Can-do,” proactive and flexible attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Desire to learn the Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources function, with potential to progress to other TA/HR roles

This position offer the ability to work remotely. Pay is based on experience and can range anywhere from $25-40/hr. Position is temp in nature expected to last a min of 6 months.
