Job Description

 Volt has partnered with Hyundai Motors at their corporate office in Fountain Valley to help identify an experienced Facilities Administrative Assistant to start. This is an administrative role within the facilities department.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• providing administrative support to the facilities team
• event coordination (within the corporate HQ)
• parking policy enforcement
• managing the Facilities department inbox
• coordinate team meetings
• serve as a liaison between Facilities and other departments
• back up reception
• participating in ongoing training programs,
• maintaining accuracy of logs, reports and measurements

Requirements:

• Positive attitude with ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills
• MS Office proficient
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs at times

Pay is between $18-23/hr. Position is temporary for 6 - 12 months, possibly longer. It offers a foot in the door of a company always hiring on our top talent as well. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm.
