Job Description

Our client a world leader in medical devices with over 30 years’ experience and over 3,000 employees is now seeking a Facilities Manager for their Boston, Massachusetts location.

  • The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of the Site Location’s building, facility, utilities, and equipment Maintenance & Repair.
  • Manage all aspects of the Site Location’s building, facility, utilities, and equipment Maintenance (including Housekeeping/Security) & Repair.
  • Key contact for Building Services
  • Manage building or equipment downtime issues in a timely manner to ensure continuous production. Track downtime accordingly.
  • Act as the primary owner interface with building landlords and their site management along with Fire departments, utilities and insurance representatives, and other inspectors.
  • Maintain critical spare program
  • Manage within capital and operating resources and identify significant capital spend requirements
  • Create and maintain cGMP records to ensure Integra requirements are compliant to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001standards, OSHA and the EPA.

Requirement:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in facility management
  • Management of facilities equipment repair/preventive maintenance programs.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, FDA guidelines, OSHA, and EPA standards.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC & Refrigeration
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting Process/Waste - water systems
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical and pneumatic systems
  • Knowledge on personal computer and software like MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional practical problem-solving skills, and communication skills
