Job Description

VOLT Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to manage and coordinate all aspects of accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses and overhead. He or she will work with the A/R and A/P departments and work closely with senior management to help make critical decisions about investment funding, credit extension and expense management.   • Gather and organize financial data from all accounting departments.
  • Compile and analyze financial and non-financial reports and find discrepancies that require senior management’s attention.
  • Manage the general ledger and devote time to risk management, especially with regard to accounts receivable.
  • Assist in monthly reporting package.
  • Assist in developing annual budget.
  • Support Director, FP&A on analytic projects relating to operations, sales, and finance.
  • Ad hoc reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies.
  • Forecast models for revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred).
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.  Experience with PowerBL, Jet Reports and/or Microsoft D365 a plus.
  • Proven track record of working with large groups or teams to implement changes resulting from financial analysis.
  • Multi-site experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial results and issues to management and non-financial audiences.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with a focus on problem solving.
  • Flexible and positive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Perform tasks with a high level of confidentiality.
