Volt is currently seeking a qualified Financial Reporting Manager for a position with a leading local, established company in Concord, NC. 


This position is responsible for the management of the monthly consolidation and reporting of global results, and the day to day support of the global accounting operations.

  • Prepare monthly and annual reporting; distribution and presentation to Senior Leadership

  • Plan, control and direct corporate accounting activities; ensure compliance

  • Manage the research, communication and implementation of all relevant accounting rules at the corporate and international subsidiaries.

  • Manage external audit firm relationship and outsourced international finance function

  • Continually improve the current processes, tools and methodologies for financial reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and level of support for the business

  • Ensure that all financial systems are properly leveraged, integrated, and upgraded to capture and produce timely and accurate information and support organization growth and change


Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self starter with sound judgment
  • Multi-tasker with at least 4+ years of leadership experience in accounting 
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic deadline driven environment
  • Advanced level MS Office Suite
  • CPA
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • ERP experience - preferably Peoplesoft
  • Ability to perform International travel up to 25%
