Job Description

As a customer service fanatic, you will provide customer service for a recognized industry leader in Erie, PA to support calls in their First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Center. These positions will be providing amazing customer service, while answering incoming initial claim/loss calls.  These positions are a great way to demonstrate your customer service ability and may provide a chance for additional career opportunities.

These positions offer a unique and required split shift availability:  8:00 am - 12:00 noon and then returning to work 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm.   This position also requires the flexibility to work non-traditional business hours, including Saturdays.

This position will require you to take calls and provide support continually throughout the day and you must have:

Customer Service experience and mindset- 

Positive, patient, and pleasant communication - ALWAYS

Great listening skills and the ability to follow processes

Proficient with Microsoft Office, with very strong data entry skills (accuracy is necessary).

Commitment to excellent attendance and reliability.

Ability to commit to a temporary opportunity for 4-6 months, with the potential of consideration for further career opportunities
