Our client in Plano, TX is a leader in their industry, enjoying success and continual growth. They have an immediate need for a Full-Stack .NET Developer. Could you be the one?

As the Full-Stack .NET Developer, you will help to further design and improve systems and architecture that is focused on changing the way collision and auto repair businesses repair today’s and tomorrow’s vehicles. This position will be a contributing member of our development team that is responsible for automating business and operations processes and developing solutions to facilitate business needs.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for the developing, maintaining and improving the core systems and architecture for the software and services platform. 
  • Responsible for gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and writing code in various languages like .NET (C# and .NET Core), Vue.js, and JavaScript
  • Work within full life development life cycle using Agile methodology
  • Develop within the full application stack; database, foundational APIs, application APIs, UI 
  • Work with the development team and 3rd party teams to improve, develop and maintain the underlying architecture for the software and services platform
  • Work with company firmware engineers to integrate software and services platform work with firmware and hardware
  • Analyze and review architectural change to the system and provide feedback and comments on approaches
  • Work as an active programmer delivering software solutions
  • Perform peer code reviews to ensure code is meeting company standards
  • Adhere to Agile best practices and help team with spring planning and estimating

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing with .NET technology stack, including experience with C#, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net, Web API, Dependency Injection, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Follows a high level of software process maturity
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with docker-based container technologies
  • Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift or similar
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for source code management and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with GitFlow
