Location: Broomfield, CO

Your comprehensive knowledge in the use of computers and effective communication skills will surely make an impact as a Tier I Helpdesk specialist with the Department of Defense!

Demonstrate your proficiency in desktop & networking support as the first line of technical support. Provide support within Active Directory account maintenance, VPN access, software troubleshooting and skills in MS Office Suite.

Customers will feel at ease with your confident technical abilities coupled with your compassion to get them back to work quickly!

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent and 2+ years of technical experience. Associates Degree and 1 year of related experience preferred.

This position requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
