Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Location: Lake Worth, Florida

Looking for someone who has help desk experience with technical ability and good customer service skills. Need to know basic troubleshooting, Windows 10 and knows their way around the OS.  Experience with network printers, Office 365 (word, excel, power point, one drive and outlook).  Knowledge of Active Directory, how to create accounts, password reset, unlock accounts and have knowledge of Domain’s.

Fast pace and work with remote users in various environment . Total of 1500 calls and 3000 ticket per month as team

potential shifts : 8:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm

Pay Rate:$16/hr.
